What Are Syclones Going For - Texas S-Series Forums

Just wondering what are syclones going for lately? There's one on CL for $12k
is this average price for these, seems high to me but I don't know anyhting about them except I would like to own one. lol

Syclones are usually about $10k - $20k. Typhoons are the ones that are cheap. Syclones are faster and they made less.

I would be willing to sell mine for 15k, but that still bothers me... I love it too much.

There are certainly better deals out there.

From a quick look...

mods
- carbon fiber grille cover
- air filter relpcated, cold air intake?
- rerouted rubber I/C lines
- Boost guage
- Odyssey PC680 battery mod
- Plastic bedliner

bad
- No A/C or heat (no blower at all)
- front left wheel looks bent
- cracked fan shroud
- needs a paint job
- No A/C in Texas

He sells too many cars.
- 1990 Mustang 5.0 COnvertable
- 03 Yamaha R1
- 05 Sucuki GSXR750
- 92 Honda Civic - widebody, air ride, pearl orange with flakes

Thanks for the input guys, I was just kicking around the idea of selling the bike and possibly getting another S10, obviously not a Syclone cause my bike ain't worth that much. haha

Yeah i noticed a lot of flaws as well, plus he said it's going to need new tires soon.

What are Typhoons going for? And sorry for the newb question, but what comes in the Ty/Sy's besides the obviously ground effects, motor/turbo???

And James your truck is about as minty as you can get I would think. Super clean! I'd probably pay $15k for it, if my pockets went that deep.

Typhoons are all over the board.

Typhoon has...
- Sy/Ty/SoGT ground effects all unique to model (14 piece cladding)
- lowered
- SyTy wheels
- AWD
- Turbocharged and intercooled
- special seats, door panel inserts, and glove box emblem (92 Ty has embroidered seats, 93 has big fat jimmy seats)
- Sy/Ty/Turbo Sunbird guages
- Sy/Ty/SoGT center console with C4 shifter
- Ty auto load leveling suspension
- Sy/Ty/SoGT fog lights
- fully loaded with power everything
- special Typhoon and Sonoma GT only steering wheel
- 92 Ty has door handle guards
- 92 ty has silver decals, 93 Ty has gold decals

Im sure there are more

Yeah that would def. be nice to have, but coming up with $12k wouldn't be.

But that one is 10x cleaner than the one I found for the same price.
