Looks good! BUT, I did notice at the bottom where it says upcoming events, it says the lunch will be at 12 AM, damn, is that the night owl or SUPER early bird special?

I dont really care for those sites (myspace, fb, twitter), waste of time IMO. But in this case, I like the idea of you having a page for the site, get some more ACTIVE recruits.
